3) Sequence and execution plan

  • A decision sequence for the next 30 days

  • What stops, what gets delegated, what gets measured

  • “Anti-loop” mechanisms: triggers, thresholds, rules of thumb

4) Install an operating rhythm

  • A weekly decision cadence (short, practical)

  • A repeatable template so the team stops escalating everything to the founder

  • Decision Map (everything on the table, de-tangled)

  • Top 3 Decision Briefs (options + trade-offs + recommendation/next step for each)

  • 30-Day Execution Plan (sequenced, resourced, realistic)

  • Decision Cadence Kit (agenda + scorecard + rules so this doesn’t reoccur)

  • Two weeks of async support (voice note / email) for quick clarifiers while they implement
